I love everything about this, especially the hair which is lost in darkness but visible at some points, and the lips which are simply perfectly done. Beautiful shading. Well done
The only thing is that her neck looks a bit too straight compared to the reference picture. And the background looked a bit squeezed when it gets next to her face which doesn't match the beautiful shading of the downer part. It looks as if it's attached to the face rather than being behind it.
Other than those two very very little things, I think this is the best Rachel portrait I've ever seen.
I love the fact that you did a side-profile and still managed to get the glint in the eye so perfectly. Like the shadow effect. Overall another of your master-pieces. Photo-realism !!!
