You must draw draw and draw but you don't have to obsess in the drawing, reading some tutorials can help, but search your own style and sometimes and unexpectedly inspiration will come to you, don't let it pass by and catch it.
Try testing different materials (pencils, graphite, drawing paper) and don't be disappointed if the result is not exactly what you expected to be.
It's a hard path but with patience and passion you can't go wrong.

Humble advices but I hope that could be a little help! ;P

Hey , thats just what I needed... I know if i keep practising I will get better but I think just sometimes we need a kick from a pro ;)
I will definitly check out your progression videos & some tutorials... I actually never thought of that before.. but really thanks a mill it really did help :)
