The Hen Harrier is a bird of prey. It breeds throughout the northern parts of the northern hemisphere in Canada and the northernmost USA, and in northern Eurasia. Marsh Hawk is a historical name for the American form.

Beautiful! When I first saw it it brought back the memory of when I saw a hawk (or falcon) up close at work this past winter and my breath was taken away by its beauty. That must mean you did something right, haha. But I am serious, it is beautiful!
