'Drawn to Pain' contest by 'Live Action TV & Movie Art' winner!!! : liveactiontvmovieart.deviantar…
I tried to express a hard, hopeful and determination's look at the same time, that despite all the adversities and challenges, as much hard as they seem or surrounded by grey, there's always a way for solving your problems and a light for hope that to me transmits Draw to Pain's aim. Also, in my opinion the character represents the responsibilities and pressures that being a leader has, when your failings can mean more than yours alone. For that, he owns his unique abilities and intellect, perceiving the problems that are emerging along the journey. Besides, he is wise enough to gather people together to convince them to see that "something" in us that we don’t see in ourselves and enlighten the courage for facing impending doom although it requires effort.
"I found it is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay: small acts of kindness and love." - Gandalf
Character in J. R. R. Tolkien's novels The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. He appears as a wizard, member of the order known as the Istari, as well as leader of the Fellowship of the Ring and the army of the West. In The Lord of the Rings, he is initially known as Gandalf the Grey, but returns from death as Gandalf the White. Sir Ian McKellen wonderfully portrayed Gandalf in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy
I wanted to try a challenging hair in a new paper but I think I picked the wrong beard in not the best realist paper, though not disappointed with the result.
