Simple yet nicely detailed and the cross-hatching is applied well to show texture of the cloth. I also really like the added highlights with the white pastels.

But suddenly this beautiful study appeared in front of my half closed eyes and I really couldn't stop my self by not staring at it and (double?!)check every fold's detail within.. that's why I gave you high 5 on your brilliant technique..
My main suggestion is to increase your art's originality, use various references and more creativity, add some extra elements and expose your feelings and great mind's power, don't leave the top right like it's uncompleted, cause you are already a master on techniques, I mean look at your shading way! It's reeeally awesome..
